Buoyed by the success of my Halloween Pumpkin Cupcakes last month, I used the same recipe to make these Pudsey Cupcakes for the Nursery bake sale in aid of Children In Need.

I have to admit that I had completely missed the notice in the monthly newsletter and so I only found out about it the night before.  But panic not, I always try and keep  a packet of white sugar paste and a good stock of food colouring in the cupboard for such emergencies 😉
